A common oversight with setting up an effective notification system is the number that appears on the recipient’s caller ID. By default, FirstCall will be displayed in the Caller ID area and to many customers is the best way to emphasize the importance of the call. Other clients may choose to enter a specific phone number to their police station or EOC if call volume is not an issue or choose to use FirstCall’s Community Line number to give citizens the option to send or receive further detailed information.
